Returns & Exchanges

At MUD Jeans, we want you to love your circular denim as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return period for all unworn items. If your fit isn't perfect, we make it easy to exchange or return your jeans to keep the circle going.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Denim

  Place the unwashed jeans with all original tags attached back into the reusable MUD Jeans shipping bag to minimize waste.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the package, and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 14 business days.
